Customer Care Unit:
This unit typically comprises of Digital Call Center and Customer Care Layer team where our staffs effectively assist our valuable passengers for the flight and other corporate related issues. Passengers can perform any one of the below action to get service from us.
1) Passengers can submit and register their Feedback/Comments/Request/Compliment directly via SIP telephone no. 01-5970460.
2) Passengers can submit and register their Feedback/Comments/Request/Compliment via direct email addresses of the concerned units Marketing(markd_ccl@nac.com.np), Customer Service(csd_ccl@nac.com.np), Operations(opd_ccl@nac.com.np) or Corporate(corpd_ccl@nac.com.np)
3) Passengers can submit and register their Feedback/Comments/Request/Compliment using web form by clicking on the below link.
