Invitation for ‘Sealed Quotation’ for providing Ground Handling Services at 
Narita International Airport, Narita, Japan (NRT)

Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC), Ground Support Department invites Sealed Quotations from all the interested Commercial Ground Handling Service Provider (Authorized by the concerned Airport Authority/Local Civil Aviation Authority) for providing Ground Handling Services at the location as mentioned above. We, hereby, request all the Service Providers to submit their proposals in line to the below mentioned General Terms & Conditions and List of Services required as enclosed herewith. 

General Terms & Conditions:

1.    The Sealed Quotation must be submitted to following address on or before 22ndJuly2018, 1600 hrs local time (KTM). The quotations received later than the above mentioned time & date shall not be considered.

3.    All the received Sealed Quotations shall be opened on the following day of the last date of submission i.e.,23rd July 2018 at 1400 hrs local time (KTM) at the same venue as mentioned above. The representatives from the bidders can participate in the opening of Sealed Quotations, however, the absence of any or all representatives shall not affect the opening process. If the last date of submission and /or opening falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date.

4.    The documents must be properly sealed in an envelope and the following should be mentioned on outer side of the envelope.

The sealed envelope to be kept in an outer envelope with the name and address of the Sender and Receiver (as mentioned in point # 2).

5.    Each page of the document must be duly signed by the authorized personnel along with the company stamp.

6.    The format of the Standard Ground Handling Agreement (SGHA) will be as per IATA SGHA of January 2018.

7.    Bidders are advised to quote their rates in United States Dollar (USD) only.

8.    The quotations sent through electronic means of communications (telex, fax, email) shall not be considered. However, for any queries, the interested bidder may contact through email at ragha@nac.com.np with a copy to supportteam@nac.com.np
