Foreign Suppliers/Service Providers' Standing List Registration Notice

Nepal Airlines, Ground Support Department at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) has to procure the following goods and services in the ongoing Fiscal Year 2081-82 (2024-25). Interested persons, firms, organizations and companies from outside the country are invited to express their interest to be enlisted in the standing list along with their offers/ proposals/ organizational information/ Firm Registration/ Tax Registration/ VAT Registration (Regularised)/ PAN Registration / Tax Clearance certificate, etc. for the said purpose within 15 days from first date of publication of this notice.

  1. List of Items and Services:
  1. Specific/Major Fabrication, Repairs and Supply of
    1. Automotive Spare Parts (Including 12V Automotive Batteries, Tyre/Tube, Hydraulic Hoses, Filters, Lubricants, etc.)
    2. Equipment's Engine/Transmission Overhaul/ Repair
    3. Automotive Electrical Sub Assembly/ Repair (Starter Assy., Alternator Assy. Etc.)
    4. Industrial Paints & Chemicals
    5. Fabricating & Machining of Spare Parts & Accessories
  2. Spare Parts and/or services of Water Treatment Plant (Including Spare Parts, Chemical medias, Lab Test Chemicals, Water Quality Lab Testing Devices etc.)
  3. Personal Protective Equipment (Fluorescent Jackets, Full Scale Pandemic Suits, Ear Plugs, Safety Shoes, Noise Cancelling   Headphone, etc.)
  4. Provide Operations, Maintenance, Control System, Airport Safety/Security and Quality Management System Trainings related to Ground Handling Operations and Functions at International Airports
  5. Provide Consultancy services along with document preparation (Standard Operating Procedures, Quality Manuals, Safety Manuals, Training Manuals, etc.) for Operation of Ground Support Equipment complying Industry Standards and Requirements.

 

  1. Selection and Enlisting Criteria:

Supplier/Service Providers/Consultants shall be selected as per the submitted documents. The selection method shall consider the following:

  1. Legal Documents (Firm Registration, Tax payment records, Organizational structure, Certification and Authorization, Disputes etc.)
  2. Experiences (Working experiences in General and Specific fields, past records, bio-data, company profile, etc.)
  3. Availability of Resources and Facilities
  4. Past business records and relationships with Nepal Airlines Corporation, if any.

The list of selected firms shall be enlisted in the notice board of the department within 35 days from the publication of this notice.
