General Conditions:

• Validity For Round Trip fare second departure will be valid as below:

Validity	Remarks
For 1 year validity ticket	One year from the commencement of first departure.
For 3 months validity ticket	Three months from the commencement of first departure.
For 1 months validity ticket	One month from the commencement of first departure.
For 28 Days ticket	28 days from the commencement of first departure.

Penalties Rule

1. Date Change- Any time. Date change charge will apply.

• A Date change is a date/flight modification.
• Any difference in fare and taxes also to be charged in addition to the change penalty.
• Change must be made within the ticket validity.
• When fares are combined the most restrictive conditions apply for the entire journey.
• For DEL and BOM sector G Class fare, Date Change Facility is allowed by paying Date change charge and applicable Fare and Tax difference if any. 
• Penalty charges are Non Refundable.
• Applicable GST will be additional.

2. No Show-Any time. No-Show charge will applies.

• No Show charge will be applicable if passengers fails to cancel the confirm booking one day prior to the flight date or fails to report at airport or denied to board due to improper documentation and refused by immigration.
• Change must be made within the ticket validity.
• When fares are combined the most restrictive conditions apply for the entire journey.
• Date change or cancellation of booking on same day of departure or after departure will be treated as No Show.
• Penalty charges are Non Refundable.
• Applicable GST will be additional.

3. Cancellation/Refund: Any Time Cancellation/Refund Charge will applies.
    

Note: For DEL-KTM, BOM-KTM, BLR-KTM and HKG-KTM, sector G class fare is non refundable in case of No-Show and cancellation of ticket.

2. For Cancellation/Refund ticket must be submitted within the validity. The validity will be counted from first travel date of the ticket.
3. For date change fare difference would be collected if any. The fare difference is the amount of your ticket and available fare at the time of date change if any.

Passengers can purchase the preferred seat on RA flight in advance for comfortable and enjoyable journey by paying below seat selection charge per flight.

Note:

• Applicable GST/VAT will be additional.
• Seat selection charges are provided in USD and hence rates would be applicable in USD or its equivalent in local currency.
• Passengers can to select seat of RA flight in his/her choice in advance.
• The preferred seat selection charge is non-refundable. 
  
   

In case of "No Show”, excess baggage purchased will not be refunded.

 In case of voluntary refund by pax, excess baggage purchased can only be refunded one day before flight date but the same refund charge without no show as per the ticket will be applicable for prepaid excess baggage also. If the refund charge is higher than purchased pre-paid EB amount then such pre-paid EB amount will not be refunded and short refund charge will also not be collected.

Volumetric charge of TV for DOH-KTM Sector

A charge QAR 300 (as volumetric charge) per television for 50-65 inches on DOH-KTM, beside that excess baggage charge exceeding free baggage allowance is applicable.
